LabMax does not share customer information and will never contact you with offers. We occasionally encounter misspelled or incomplete shipping addresses; this is the only instance in which we may reach out to customers via email or text message. While we do not require your phone number, it is needed when filling out the waybill for the Post Office, DHL, or FedEx, as they mandate its inclusion. Please note that the Post Office will never call you, and LabMax will never call you either. FedEx and DHL are the only companies that may contact you by phone in the event of a delivery issue.
